Industry: eCommerce
Reporting to: General Manager

The Role:

• This position is responsible for the training, development, and success of the new Telesales team.
• Join an exciting team driving the sales engine for a new business vertical.

The Requirements:

• Train and manage a team of junior Telesales staff; In charge of overall performance management of the team.
• Craft uniform sales scripts and customer answer sheets to ensure the highest quality of customer service across the board.
• Design and implement sales strategies to drive platform growth.
• Actively set weekly and monthly sales quotas.
• Build, maintain and nurture customer relationships.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and preempt potential issues with scalable solutions.
• Compile, analyze, and present sales reports to internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Previous experience working as a Telesales Manager/as a Customer Service Supervisor.
• Strong managerial and sales skills; proven experience managing teams.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly interested in website design & development as well as digitization.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Nimble, agile learner; Able to build and create relationships.
• Diplomatic and a skilled negotiator.
• Capable of meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
• Quick learner with a go-getter attitude.
• Proficient in Office Suite applications.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Filipino (spoken and written) is a must.

Industry: eCommerce / Fintech
Reporting to: General Manager

The Role:

• Establish, build, and maintain positive relationships end-to-end (from sourcing to contract negotiation) with key business accounts.
• Assist in troubleshooting key account-related problems; Provide actionable insights and solutions to potential issues.
• Complete onboarding requirements diligently; Ensure 100% compliance of accounts to project and quality standards.
• Deliver on/exceed performance goals for sales and account engagement.
• Responsible for nurturing relationships with customers and ensuring their customers’ growth on the platform.
• Compile, analyze, and present sales reports to internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

The Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic, process-oriented mindset.
• Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking.
• Previous experience in Account Management/eCommerce preferred.
• Strong interest/knowledge in eCommerce businesses and their operations.
• Highly interested in website design & development, and digitization.
• Accountable team-player and capable individual contributor.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Has above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in data analytics is a plus.
• Proficient in Office Suite tools.
• Fluent in both English and Filipino.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates to candidates with 4+ years of working experience encouraged to apply.

Reporting to: General Manager

The Role:

• Liaise all updates and necessary processes for customer website setup.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate the activities of customers.
• Provide market insights from the customer’s perspective, including business requirements and market & competitor dynamics.
• Educate customers on how to leverage existing platform-tools to maximize their eCommerce business potential.
• Responsible for nurturing relationships with customers and ensuring their customers’ growth on the platform.
• Manage and resolve customer issues.

The Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic, process-oriented mindset.
• Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking.
• Previous experience in Account Management/eCommerce preferred.
• Strong interest/knowledge in eCommerce businesses and their operations.
• Highly interested in website design & development, and digitization.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Office Suite tools.
• Fluent in both English and Filipino.
• Experience in eCommerce/telesales is a plus.
